I will not read for anyone under 18 years of age, and will not provide life coaching services to anyone under 18 years of age without written consent from a parent or legal guardian. There are no exceptions. I make no guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of information provided. I do not assume and hereby disclaim any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in regard to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided in my readings, products, or services regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
All readings and life coaching sessions will be conducted upon my sole discretion. If for any reason, known, or unknown in advance, I decide that a reading or service should not take place, I alone maintains the right to refuse services.
Confidentiality: Be it known that your email address, personal information, or the reading itself will never be discussed, sold, rented, shared, or given to anyone.
Rights: I reserve the right to refuse a reading that goes against certain ethics and morals.
Medical/Legal Advice: Please seek a qualified healthcare professional if you are concerned about your health, have an illness/disease, or disorder as I do not give any medical and/or psychological advice. In addition, please seek an attorney for any legal or a judicial matter as I no longer provide any legal advice.
Financial: Please seek only a qualified financial assistance from a banker, broker, or other financial institution if you have any financial concerns or any transactions as I do not provide a financial consulting service.
PayPal: Other than making a payment for your reading through the United States Postal service, I use PayPal as our credit card and billing processor, as it offers a secure, reliable, and affordable solution for small businesses as well as flexibility of payment, privacy, and fraud protection for clients. Please make a special note for ALL transactions; you will see on your credit card statement the name: Kathryn Samuelson. You can complete your order within minutes, and will incur no fees or charges for using their services. PayPal accepts payment through most major credit cards, *electronic checks and *direct transfer from your personal checking account (*subject to clearing).
