What Life Coaching Can Do For You

Working together we will:

*Refine and clarify your goal(s)

*Create a personalized plan with clear steps to reach your goal(s)

*Keep track of your progress, and as necessary, continue to refine your steps

all leading to reaching your goals().

What I Will Do for You

As your life coach, I will help and support your exploration of finding your way to achieving what you want. This process will include my helping you ask the questions you need to ask yourself as well as mapping out your plan.

I will listen to you and reflect on what you have to say. I will then help you to gain new perspectives - to plan, question, map, write, and discuss your way to create the change that you want. I will engage with you in a way that creates a non-judgmental and safe environment. I will facilitate your exploration of your inner-self as well as helping you to look at the world in a new way.

As appropriate, I will use the various tools at my disposal - ranging from written or other homework to guided meditations.

Our first session will be a free consultation to determine if we wish to work together.

Please remember that what you receive out of the process depends on your full participation in it and the amount of work that you do. I do not give legal, medical, psychological, financial, or business advice. I do, however, help you keep on track, nudge you, laugh with you, make suggestions, and help you ideate solutions and ways to obtain your goals.

My fee is $95.00 per hour.

Metaphysical Mentoring

Metaphysical Mentoring is a coaching relationship to help those of you who are or want to explore connection with the metaphysical. There will be discussion, playing with tools to see what resonates with you, homework, field trips, and/or what helps you in this exploration. This coaching relationship is similar to Life Coaching as described above; however, the focus is on connecting with the heart of things, the metaphysical.

My introductory fee is $70.00 per hour and $40.00 per half hour.
